This is the perfect metaphor for our mission with The Prometheus Project: to open the capacities and skills of leadership to every person in every capacity and context.

The etymology of the word Prometheus means “forethought”; an apt term for the measured consideration that brings that intention to open the flow of leadership in our communities, organizations, and ourselves.

We achieve open energized flow with shoe-leather, not show; through creative thinking, not exploitative inspirations; and through the collective action and influence.

Like a great design-thinking team, all of the stakeholders in the leadership and leadership development process are welcomed; including learners, executives, practitioners and researchers.
