Warmer Voices is a different practice. It is different in design, cadence, content, and intent.
We are so habituated to intellectual discourse that we neglect some of the richest information available - warm data.
The Prometheus ethic is pro-intellectual and pro-achievement….but these perspectives are not sufficient for effective leadership.
Warmer Voices Experiences. A Warmer Voices experience is a loose structure where we meet as ourselves and find what is routinely missed or misconstrued. The action is less introspection and more opening and extension. The structure is simple - the rhythms of reframing, noticing and responding.
Are there rules/principles?
There is no prepared content – you are the content.
Give space, share space, hold space, open space.
Open the next door and try the adjacent doors (AKA, look where the light shows you, and look differently).
Demonstrate civil candor and embody first-person authenticity.
Difference is information and information is transforming.
There is no consensus or conclusion intended, those are useful elsewhere but deflections and distractions here.
Tend to the seeds that may linger and intersections that you did not see.
