We are a community of researchers, practitioners, and professionals that bridges contexts and disciplines to clarify the essential elements of what we conventionally call “leadership”.

Our vision is that “leading” is a universal human capacity in any culture, at any level, and in each context. To that vision, we are continuously creating venues for radical collaboration and opportunities to make the essential parts of leading and leaders familiar.

Since 2018, the spirit of this community has celebrated visibility, curiosity, gracious engagement, fun, and audacity. We engage across isolated specialties and individual differences for a whole system perspective.
