Voices Event Guest Request Form

Thank you for your interest to be a guest at a Prometheus Project Voices event.

When you bring your insight and curiosity to the good purpose of The Prometheus Project, you enable individual and collective leading, but also build your brand and visibility, build trust with new connections, and clarify/learn in this experience.

We keep event production as simple as possible. We trust your preparation and our members’ spirit to create a rewarding event for all. When it fits your topic, we are happy to invest in preparation.

What is your suggestion for a title? For marketing reasons, we ask for three words only. Tell us more i n the summary below.

provide a brief executive summary of what this session will cover (we will use it for how we promote the event) and how it ties to leaders (humans) and leading (action in the world)

What format ?

Choose from a few options for how you want to structure your Voices session. (Note that "interview format" requires a body of work that the host can become familiar with. "panel format" requires that the guest and host can invite some other voices.

Options for Dates and Times

Tell us a few dates and times (new york timezone) that are suited to your schedule. If you want to accommodate attendees in Europe, we recommend a start time between 11 am and 2 pm (new york). If you want to only accommodate the Americas, a later time can work. It is your choice. For consistency, we usually plan a Wednesday - but hearing your voice is more important than a consistent day - any day is fine. We usually plan 2 hrs duration.

How should we decribe you in a post?

If you know how you would structure the time, let's clarify that. You have about 100 minutes in a 120 min session. Because there is 10 min gathering and ice-breaker, 5 min 'commercial' break, and a 5 min close-out/appreciation.
